We stayed here after a day at Cedar Point. It's close, new, with plenty of restaurants. Clean rooms and lobby, and very nice staff. Very happy with the value.

No late check out. Wanted to check out at 1. Tried to call front desk the night before. No instructions on or near phone but there were “Guest Services” and “wake Up Call” buttons on the phone, neither of which worked. Got a call at 11 from the front desk, waking me up, being very rude and telling me that late check out was not an option. I explained that the phone hadn’t worked and they asked why I didn’t go to the desk. I explained I was in my pajamas and not suitable for roaming the halls. There was no robe and slippers provided to make such a journey more decorous.

They let another party into our room after we had checked in into our room. Their explanation didn’t make sense.

This stay has been by far the most stressful stay I have ever experienced.
What was suppose to be a nice stress-free relaxation vacation, ended up being a disaster.
JENENE, OMAR, AND ALICIA are three human beings that should NOT even have the blessing to work in customer service.
My 2 kids and I were given a room with air conditioner not working! 78 degrees in there all night! Humid, hot, smelly room!
I was also given a room with TV not working.
That was the second night.
& YES I did call the front desk, JENENE said she couldn’t do anything about it since maintenance was out.
Smh! She couldn’t even look into her system to see if there any available rooms to change us to.
Omar, being the manager, had a unacceptable attitude.
Mocking me in front of other customers.
These three people I named are the most selfish people I have ever came in contact with.
Had no cares in the world for what we went through.
When I called Alicia, general manager, she said “You didn’t even give me a chance to let us fix anything”?!?! THE AUDACITY!!!!!!!!!
I called front desk!!!!! My son and I walked downstairs!!!!!!!
Trying to make it seem like I’m the liar to cover them is so cruel!
TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAMERAS! LISTEN TO THE CALL!
A huge slap on the face for us!
THIS KIND OF ACT NEEDS TO BE HEARD! People like these need to stop taking advantage!
They know they have the upper hand and laugh at our faces!!

Our room smelled like sewage all weekend due to some plumbing issues. I had headaches and nausea the whole time. No one notified us or apologized. We had to inquire. I emailed the complaint and never heard back.
