Parking was horible. We could hear everything in our room. We saw 2 roachs as soon as we walked the room coming from the TV. Clearly a TV in our room had went out so rather then take the old out they sat a new one infront of it. The pool was green and reaked of to much chlorine. None of the arcade games worked and their was no balls or clubs at the putting green. I purposely got this hotel to give the kids somthing to do well i was at my class reunion but they really couldn't do anything. We ended up heading home early because it was so bad.

The front desk personnel was fine. The property was so run down, the room was dirty and absolutely nothing like they advertise…not in the least. The TV did not work. The latch on the door was broke. The breakfast was nothing like they post on their page.

Our room was in great need of a deep clean. Curtains were sheer. We survived a night, but I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Was a bed in a hot shower that's it
It was a very rundown facility. The bed was OK I didn't see any bugs or anything like that, but the TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the front desk manager was friendly but didn't have any knowledge of how things worked or care, and Breakfast was barely there, but it was a bed and a hot shower, and it was cheap.

It's an older hotel, but it's week maintained and the pool is nice. Close to many dining options. The staff was wonderful.

Unsatisfactory
Had stayed in a Confort Inn in Conroe Tx for 3 nights prior to the stay in El Dorado and chose this motel since wed stayed in one prior. NO COMPARISON. The best was comfortable for reason for stay, but will jot be staying there again. Place was run down and dilapidated, parking lot full of sand and stuff that we tracked into the room and our vehicle. It's a shane for Comfort Inn to have a sign above this place. Yes, my opinion only.

Reunion Stay
It was old and some rooms could not be used because of a fire. Breakfast was only coffee and cold cereal.
Housekeeping was bad we asked for new hand towels and received two wash rags for an example. Wall are thin noise from a crying baby in the next room was loud.
