Shower didn’t work. Staff was nice, offered nothing when we told them shower wasn’t working. Room was decent.

The intire hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Couldn't be convenient spot. A brisk walk to the beach, gas station and restaurants. Highly recommend for all that at a great price.

Everything was perfect for what we needed, breakfast was a little lacking on choice, but, there wasn’t much counter space, and for what we paid, it wasn’t bad, bacon or sausage patty with a form of egg on a bagel will always win :-)

I highly recommend Surf and Sand Hotel for many reasons. The location of it couldn't be any better. A brief walk to the beach, gas station and restaurant. The ouside and inside was very nice and clean. The staff was great. Breakfast was great. They have a panvaje maker instead of waffle like alot of hotels.The have a pool but its near the dumpster so we kept getting wiffs of the smell. Other than than it was a great stay.

Where do I start, was charge a $250 incidental fee not mentioned (this was more than the room cost, I have never paid this high of incidental before and stayed in a whole lot better places), charged $12.50 parking fee (again not mentioned), toilet was stopped up and stopped up 3 additional times with just urinating in it, door to room would not close properly (had to lift up on it when closing to get it to lock like it should and stay closed), breakfast was terrible (dehydrated scrambled eggs, stale bread & bagels, watered down OJ, sausage had no flavor and I have no idea what to say about potatoes other than blah). On a positive not bed was comfortable and AC/heat did work. Would I recommend or even stay here again; ABSOLUTELT NOT.
