The Jacuzzi was out of service and was in an unsatisfactory brown color. The pool appeared to be in questionable condition. The room was unclean, with hair scattered across the bathroom and crumbs on the chair and table, indicating a lack of proper sanitation. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast offered was unpleasant.

When we arrived. I asked them to provide me with my AAA discount because it was not showing on my reservation. They were not knowledgeable of how to handle. We arrived about 6:30 pm. They sent us to our room and the room was dirty. Wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. They sent us to a second room when we attempted to open the door it was latched from the inside that had guests inside. We got a 3rd room and it was not prepared for guests. 1 set of towels hit and muggy. The entire stay we had to sleep in an unclean room and when we bought it to their attention they could not give us any answers or solutions. This was absolutely a very bad stay. I was very disappointed as this was our honeymoon stay and not up to expectations.

Staff really did not know what was going on. Tried to get shuttle to airport-waited 45 minutes after being told they were on their way. Ended up taking an uber. Room was only cleaned once in the 5 days I was there. Toenail clippings in a drawer, hair wad in a corner. No alarm clock/clock. Hot tub a bit dangerous. Only 1 step to get in and it was along way down. Just not a good place.

Elevator was running funny..the door closing and opening sounded like it a little off track but should pass inspection.The toilet flushed loud and kinda fast, which is a lil annoying but operable and clean 😁

Room and public areas were clean, the staff was friendly, and there was a good selection at the included breakfast. We were interested in checking out the hot tub, but after peeking through the window to the pool area, we changed our mind as the water in the hot tub looked brown. Not a dealbreaker for us, and I’d stay again if in the area.

The issue I had was that a lizard was crawling on my baby while he was asleep and I had to kill it & sleep in fear if any others were going to come into the room. I notified the front desk and they said they would get someone out. But I was checking out. That’s the only thing that made the experience bad for me.
