Room was clean and staff was courteous. Knocked a star off bc of the pool. We primarily booked for the indoor pool and while my kids absolutely enjoyed it, the area itself looks a little run down, the jacuzzi water looked filthy, though I THINK it's bc the floor is a darker color (I HOPE), and the pool water was COLD.

When we arrived, the young lady said she could find the reservation, and then she was okay. We were not given information about the breakfast times; the WiFi just gave us the room key. We ask about places to eat, and she "Yall just going have to eat at he restaurant over there. We knew there were other places, but she did not recommend any of them. The attire of the front desk should be professional, not in any kind of way. With
a hoodie on when you greet the desk. Checking out was a mess as well. I waited for about 5 minutes before someone came to the desk. The only way I got someone then was because I asked the lady in the dining area if she would get them. I was not the only person; there were 2 other people as well, one left.
I was not pleased with our stay. If you check, you will see we check out early. The room was very cold. We bought a blanket for warmth. The covers are very thin, but the pillows are not comfortable at all.
The staff needs training, were very lacking in handling the customers. The breakfast was not a buffet as was stated. I am a TA and will not be recommending any customers if the problems are not corrected.

Desk clerk totally disappeared right after I checked in, I got stuck telling customers she left in a van and should be back soon. I saw zero staff at breakfast.

Room was switched 3 times and all of the rooms and bathrooms were disgusting. Toilets weren't cleaned at all.. televisions wasnt working property either

The hotel was clean and the clerk was very friendly! Clerk did a great job welcoming us. He had to get into some guest about noise level on our floor (3rd floor) in which I wish he had asked them to leave because they got worse. They were in the hall way being loud until around 4 in the morning. Talking loud playing around room doors on purpose not being respectful so we couldn’t sleep. The lock on my door was broken so I could lock door at top. But room was very nice.

We had excellent service from the gal at the desk. I wish I had her name. She answered our call for a shuttle, picked us up at the airport, checked us in and was back at it in the morning when we checked out and needed a shuttle back to the airport. She was super friendly and gave us all the information we needed.
