We ordered a king deluxe I’ve seen walk in closets bigger than this room got up to get coffee in the AM it was nasty not much as far as ‘breakfast’ the night auditor wasn’t helpful with questions on Alma reservation I’m a hotel mgr myself and I would never let my front desk wear a hair bonnet on the plus side the room was clean kiddos to housekeeping

They have obviously upgraded the facility since we stayed there last year.
Very clean.
Check-in staff member was great. Breakfast staff member was also lovely. Check out staff member- non existent (in back room, just a basket to put room cards in- no one to make sure everything was good- only bad thing I can say about our stay). Will still give a 5* rating as everyone else was perfect!
The pool was heated!! We really enjoyed that. And the hot tub was nice and hot too! We will return again next year on our way from Toronto to Florida!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this location. The moment we walked into the building, it smells so clean and with a lovely fragrance. Our room was clean and organized and the young man at front desk even gave me “Jasmine” air freshener to freshen up the room even more. The indoor pool and hot tub was definitely another plus to the place. As Jamaicans, our breakfast food is much different but that wasn’t a problem for as, as we appreciate the fact that something was there for guests to have. Only suggestion, it would be nice to see the clean rags and towels stored in a different way rather than placed where they were. Thank you for a great stay.

Check in was a hassle. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. They don't accept tap pay so I had to drive to the bank and get cash 10 minutes away traffic terrible. No one was at the desk when I got back 8 minutes wait for someone to come then the room was very compact and non spacious terrible. Not worth the price

Stayed for one night on the way home. Parking lot was a little sketchy with random people walking through and sitting in the driveway. Staff was polite and helpful. I did have to pay an extra $1.5 when I checked in for some reason. Room was clean and comfortable, although bathroom door would shut, it would not latch. Didn’t eat breakfast, but it was basic continental.

Not friendly at all. Room was only very good part
1 person at desk- unfriendly, strict in rules of place. Breakfast empty for awhile, very limited with food. they had problems with people taking food back to room & waste. Room very clean, quiet. Stairwell floor-spilled sticky mess on floor.
