The staff that was there was very friendly and helpful. But they were severely short staffed. Also they had a shortage of towels towards the end of the stay, we were told there were no clean towels to give us. The breakfast was never staffed- we went up to have breakfast 3 out of the four days and there was no staff. No milk, glasses, silverware, waffles etc. no one to ask for anything. Our tv didn’t work in our room and no one was there to fix it, the wonderful front desk staff felt so bad they tried to fix it but couldn’t. I would not recommend this hotel to friends because it was inconvenient with no breakfast available, not enough staff to fix issues.
