The water in the shower was cold both in the evening and in the morning. The shower valve would not turn over to stay hot. You had to twist with a lot of force to hold it over to stay warm while trying to wash with the other hand. The bed was hard and the parking very inconvenient and it was noisy. Very difficult to even park to check in.

Room and staff were great but the elevator was broken entire stay. And the breakfast was horrible. Perfect spot to do anything downtown
