The staff at the hotel were fantastic and prompt in their service. We appreciated the free snacks and beverages in the room and how they were restocked every day. The hotel is in a great location - so many stores and restaurants almost right outside the door. We didn't rent a car for the trip and never needed one.

Had a great stay at Andaz! The hotel is really in the perfect location to walk to everything! When we arrived we tried to self park but the garages were full. Valet parking was a little pricey but that is the only con. We arrived to a friendly staff! They upgraded are room and let us check in a few hours early since the room was available and we got to the area early. The room was so cute! Cute sitting area with TV and nice bedroom with a huge TV. I'm a clean freak and super picky and I felt comfortable and felt like everything was very clean. They offered complimentary water, juice, soda and snacks in your room and slippers/robes! We didn't eat at the restaurant at the hotel but the food looked great and they had a fun little bar! The pool area was really nicr had a bar and firepits. This was the perfect hotel for a weekend away with my husband.

出差住得courtyard view套房，很大很漂亮！房间干净，服务人员态度也很好，零食和饮料都是免费的。
房间地理位置是不错的，去河边和市中心的餐厅都很方便，但酒店门口的公园还是会看到不少流浪汉。酒店有些服务员是很nice的，但有些服务生看到中国人讲英文非常快，多收押金不专业，但好在退房时经理有道歉。酒店的早餐还行，黑人小哥非常热情的提供情绪价值，很有感染力，但有位白人服务生Jess没提供什么服务，还直接把小费写到账单上。总体还是满意的。
这家酒店的员工是我见过最友好的。我喜欢他们的房间，尤其是大床套房里的法式落地窗。欢乐时光还提供葡萄酒品尝，真是个不错的亮点！我只有两点建议：首先，既然酒店允许携带宠物入住，可否安排带宠物的客人在一楼，这样他们带宠物出门会更方便。其次，不应该允许宠物进入用餐区或任何提供食物的地方。酒店地理位置很棒，去餐馆和购物都很方便。
我不太喜欢我的房间，虽然它是一间设施齐全的无障碍客房。窗户朝向屋顶露台，所有客人都可进入，所以由于露台经常被占用，一天中的大部分时间里，我都毫无隐私可言。房间里的百叶窗电子控制装置也非常复杂，我完全搞不懂。我本来想住一间视野正常、窗帘也正常的普通房间，但那里没有。尽管热情友好的工作人员竭尽全力，代客泊车仍然很困难。同样，前台工作人员也非常优秀，但每次我去那里都得排队，因为那里只有一个人在工作。
床很舒服，但枕头有点令人失望。不过，我要求换羽绒枕，他们很快就送来了，所以我睡得很好。只是有点意外，我不得不问这个问题。
外面有很多施工现场。我们住在二楼，晚上到凌晨都能听到外面的派对声，早上还能听到施工的声音。我建议你预订四楼以上的房间。
一切都很棒，大堂很棒，酒吧很棒，游泳池很棒，餐厅很棒，景色很棒
