It was very nice but I did find a little critter in the stairs but other than that it was nice and the beds was really comfy

Overall very good. Staff were all very nice.
Beds were comfy.
Cons- upholstered chair in room had gross staining. There was a coffee or tea filter left in coffee maker ( this was never cleaned during my 5 night stay). Had to look through bath towels to find ones that werent stained

Great night
Very clean and good room. No problems here. Easy walk from bourbon and beyond and Kentucky kingdom. Nice receptionist. We didn’t need anything extra so can’t speak to that.

So we maybe a little partial to this place being that this is where I met my wife 4 years ago on a blind date! But to this day whenever we come back to visit it never disappoints and is always as we remember it. Rare to find nowadays.

Bath and hand washing Sinks are not flushing properly.
The there is a car noise from the road and the male receptionist wasn’t good enough to explain why he tried to charge me more than a double when I tried to extend my stay in their hotel,But luckily I did it online.

Washing hands/face sink and the toilet sink were not flushing properly,Mainly the hand washing sink,the water stayed there for a while and goes down slowly.
I tried to extend my stay on the reception and there was this guy on the night shift who tried to charge me $170 +$100 per room so dropped the idea and did it online for just $97.77 us dollars.
Why did he tried to charge me more than a double is my question???

酒店回复: thank you for staying with us we fixed the issue of sink and about your stay you made a reservation online through third party that s why you got that rate and next morning when you came in for extend your stay front desk guy already told you that its a third party reservation and already prepaid if you wanna extend we have to make a new reservation or else you can go online and made a new reservation the front desk guy told you the price of that day online price are diffrent as compared to hotel prices thank you

Comfort Inn was easy to get to. Close proximity to the Fairgrounds gates and safe enough to walk. The breakfast options were great, the room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the AC unit was quiet.

服务：前台人员还可以，挺热情。
设施：该有都有，有免费早餐供应。
环境：就在机场附近，还算方便。
它就在高速公路边，交通噪音很大，跟我付的钱不符，真是太不值了。
