The rom wasn’t real clean. The bed and toilet were but floor and bathtub were not. Hotel looks like it hasn’t updated or painted since it was built. Pictures

Old and very tired facility. Quite dirty in common areas though rooms were ok. Just old and worn out.
Staff was helpful but seem to neglect the upkeep of the facilities. Also it's right on a busy noisy highway.
Over priced for what's on offer.

“Nonsmoking” room smelled strongly of smoke. Asked front desk to remedy, they fogged the room with air freshener which gives me a headache and only masked the real problem. I can feel the bed springs on the bed. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Bathroom was gross. Took a video of a bug in the bathtub. No chairs at the business work station in the room. Would have left if it hadn’t been prepaid.

I have stayed in a lot worse. The room was clean. The refrigerator worked even though it was wobbly the microwave worked good. Over all we would stay there again. The service was very good. It is an older building so you get what you pay for., it is close to the airport so yes jets fly over low all night long.the parking lot was clean and i didn't see anyone loitering around.

I had the absolute worst hotel experience here!
The staff was incredibly rude during check-in, and they were unaccommodating regarding our reservation, giving us the wrong room type and attempting to charge extra fees to my card.
The rooms were in the worst possible condition: dirty, damaged, smelled horrible, and were generally unacceptable. We canceled our reservation and checked out literally 20 minutes after checking in.
The only positive was that the manager contacted me the next day to apologize and confirmed I would receive a full refund.
I strongly recommend removing this hotel from your website so no one else has to go through a similar terrible experience.

Hotel wasnt bad. Not the best area and house keeping didnt come clean our room but the staff we talked to was cery nice. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean upon arrival

It worked for us, but stay strapped
Hotel is a bit run down, but has good bones. Got granite countertops and an electric stove. Area of town is super sketchy. Directly off the highway, but not loud in the room. Good stay

First we started in room 305 the air didn't work. The guy at the front desk claimed to fix it and said we could change rooms in the morning. The other room we rented for our daughter had a guy with a backpack every morning and night knocking on the door. All the doors on the 3rd floor. The location is convenient and the staff are nice but stay at your own risk.

We booked this property for the price during a big event in town that surged the other hotel prices, so it wasn’t like we were really expecting much.
