Our maintenance staff has looked into the issue with the AC unit in room 117 and has replaced the unit for a newer model. Our head of housekeeping has inspected the room for the spots you informed us about and has corrected the issue as well. The excessive amounts of humidity in the room likely caused the spots as no more have been founded since. We truly appreciate you letting us know about these issues and we will be working diligently to keep any eye on our rooms so hopefully we won't have this issue again.

Hotel was nice. Walls were extremely thin. Could hear the man in the room above us clearly. We could hear him walking around, making coffee and even using the bathroom. Not the mans fault, he wasnt necessarily noisy. Its just that the walls were so thin

我们选择在格林内尔参加女儿们的摄影演唱会。IAM欧洲之旅。前台Shelly给了我们两种房型选择，非常贴心地满足了我们的需求。早餐新鲜，每天早晨都不同，我们非常享受这次住宿。泳池很干净，满足了我们所有的需求。
还行，很周到，就是房间有点脏
所以，我们很感激他们能在我们儿子的车抛锚后给我们和我们的猫安排住处。但他们给我们安排的房间，他们称之为宠物套房，里面有动物的气味，而且很脏。床单弄得我儿子起了疹子。为宠物主人提供专门的房间是可以的，但需要在客人入住期间进行额外的清洁。
