Everything was great , clean , across a shopping center , only thing was the bed were a bit flat a bit uncomfortable but the rest of the stay was great good ac nice showers very nice

I normally mind my business and move on with life, but this stay humbled me in ways I was not prepared for. I walked into the room and immediately knew my survival instincts were about to activate. The room looked tired, the furniture looked like it had given up on life years ago, and the vibe was very much “I should not be here.”
The towels were dirty. One pillowcase had a mysterious mark that I refused to investigate. I tossed it to the side like it offended me personally. The bathroom? That was the grand finale. Rust and mold on the bathtub like it was part of the decor theme. I honestly expected a health inspector to jump out and tell me this was a prank show.
I tried to rest but I could not even relax long enough to blink comfortably. I stayed about two hours and left because peace of mind is priceless and I was not about to gamble with whatever bacteria was renting the room next to me.
I never write reviews like this but I am doing this for the next person who just wants a clean place to breathe. It is not worth booking here. Do yourself a favor and pick literally any other hotel. You deserve better and so does your immune system.

Was put into a room that was supposed to be smoke free and was clearly just smoked in and not cleaned properly and obvious things left from previous guest. After call down to the front desk they said there was nothing that they could do so we had to leave as soon as we go there. No room change available and obviously no attempt at reconciliation of any kind

Deposit of $100 cash or card upon checking in at the counter. That was unexpected while lots of quick booked hotels on Orbitz are significantly less that $100 deposit.

We booked a non smoking room but apparently every room is a smoking room. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The shower was broken, no hot water. There was blood on the walls and outlets. The room was filthy, the bedding reeked. No where to hang up your clothes. The floors were covered in paint. When we tried to get a different room, the front desk manager said that nothing was available, when we asked for a refund to go somewhere else, he threatened to call the police on us and have was kicked off the property.
