extremely friendly staff. as far as the actual rooms.. it's one of the better red roof inns in Louisville but at the end of the day, it's a red roof inn, so don't expect the Four Seasons lol

For unknown reason my $50 check-in deposit was not removed upon checkout and was billed to my card. Called hotel 4 days later and was told to contact my credit card company about it.
