酒店位置不错，就在大路边上，服务人员一般般，不过办理的挺快的，设施店内环境算旧了，早餐就还是老样子，没什么特别的。
这家 Best Western 酒店非常漂亮、舒适、干净。对我来说，一切都很棒，房间空间也很大。
商务住宿还不错
没什么可抱怨的。房间干净，停车场面积适中，工作人员友好热情。虽然打完橡树赛后我可能太累了，床虽然不太舒服，但这张床是我在路易斯维尔睡过的最好的床之一。马路噪音不大。很棒的体验，以后去德比周末一定会再住这里。

我的车在停车场被侧撞了。那里有一个摄像头正对着我的车，所以我问他们能不能拿到录像。那里的一位经理告诉我，从服务器获取录像需要一段时间，但他记下了我的信息，说会发给我。我到现在都没收到任何回复，即使我发邮件跟进之后也没收到。这绝对是个见不得光的地方。
酒店位于一条非常繁忙的街道上，正好位于 UPS 的直达航线上，所以可能会很吵。办理入住时工作人员非常友好。酒店大厅非常干净。房间也非常干净。相当现代化。但是我的房间有很多问题，冰箱旋钮不存在，所以冰箱根本不能用。这让我接下来两天的工作食物都毁了。空调几乎不工作。它设置在 66 度，但可能达到了 70 度。电视非常便宜，音质很差。我把电视音量调到最大，但声音一点也不大。在我入住的最后一天，厕所完全坏了。我本来想让他们给我换房间，但我已经收拾好行李，不想换房间，所以我自己处理了。总的来说，这家酒店还不错，但我认为他们忽略了很多维护……我是一名医护人员，所以工作很方便，但由于价格原因，我不会再住在这里了。

我们住了三个晚上。房间干净舒适，绝对物超所值。唯一的小问题是，如果你睡眠时间短，酒店离机场很近。机场是UPS的国际枢纽机场。我们完全没有被飞机噪音打扰。我可能会被吵醒，但很快就能睡着。免费早餐真是个惊喜。与其他酒店的早餐相比，这里的炒鸡蛋美味可口，香肠和培根也风味十足。他们还提供奶酪和莎莎酱作为配料。华夫饼外脆内软，味道鲜美。唯一不足的是，我希望酒店附近有微波炉。我的鸡蛋总是凉着，我喜欢加热。总而言之，他们让我重新对贝斯特韦斯特品牌产生了信心。谢谢！！

电梯有异味，而且很慢。淋浴没有热水。马桶冲水不顺畅。房间太亮，关掉所有灯就睡不着。飞机整晚都在起降。价格太高了。
