A Jet crashed in Louisville shortly before we were suppose to check in and we were diverted to another airport. When I called the hotel, they just wished me a better next half of our vacation. We could not get to the hotel and we never received any refund or accommodations for what we went through that evening. Very, very disappointed with this treatment and will not be recommending to anyone else.

If you call and ask the hotel if there is a hot tub one member said it is next to the pool. He didn’t bother to say it hasn’t worked in years. Rooms are nice but outdated. Breakfast consisted of powder eggs, sone sort of potato and bacon or sausage. Nothing exceptional like the reviews said! Front desk was nice except for the one that lied who I never met. Would not stay here again.

Laundry room machines noise was right in our room on the second floor. Breakfast was terrible. Food was old and cold and did not refill empty food

Hallway carpet dirty, room dirty, tub appears dirty or stained, no electric outlet near bed to plug in devices, tattered draperies.

The room was perfect for what we needed for the week. It was like a mini apartment stocked with whatever that we needed.

Room was tidy but the bathtub/shower was really not clean. We didn’t feel comfortable bathing our kids in the tub.

Yes room was clean when I first came,but nobody came to clean the room for the 3 days that I stayed..I thought that was very odd.was told there was no room service and had to ask for towels but I saw maid service in the hallway.. doesn't make sense especially for such a nice hotel..
