The ac was not working properly. The shower bath have water clogging issue and it takes time to goes off. Swimming pool was good. Breakfast was average. Second day there was no yogurt. The boiled egg was cold. They could have some scramble egg in the menu. Lot of smoking smell in the lobby area.

We had the 3 bedroom cottage. It was very old but accommodating. The stairs were very steep and short- dangerous! The breakfast was not much at all- out of yogurt, oatmeal. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Staff was great. Room was pretty clean. The pool and hot tub were nice! The ac wouldn’t stay on. And could hear the neighbor next door all morning. No toiletries in the room besides a bar of soap. Not worth the price we paid

There was mold growing on the walls above the shower and there was mold on the caulking in the shower, baseboards in the room were filthy. Carpet was starting to come up where it meets the tile flooring. In the game room you could tell there had been a leak in the roof and when you walked on the floor in that area it felt soft. Power went out in our building for about 2 hours the first night. The cabins that are owned by Days Inn behind our building had power and the building down the street had power. Very disappointed in our stay considering what we paid.

Rooms are dirty. AC unit is too loud. Faucet knobs are broken. Breakfast was good. Paid $350 for this room because of the fall color season. Not worth it.

此外，我楼上房间里一个身材魁梧的人从凌晨3:30开始踱步，持续了半个小时，直到我猛敲天花板。我早上5点就得起床，徒步19英里，所以这尤其烦人。

我们预订了这家酒店，打算全家一起去参观水池和水槽。入住手续很简单，但一进房间就发现整个房间脏乱不堪。从窗帘到床上用品再到地毯，到处都是污渍。墙壁和门上到处都是果汁/食物的痕迹。房间里弥漫着一股浓重的霉味，久久挥之不去，浴室的排水管里还有果蝇。床上用品尤其糟糕，一张脏兮兮的床垫套上盖着三张床单，到处都是不明污渍，上面还覆盖着黑色的不明污垢。我们尝试联系前台，要求至少换一张新的床单，但前台无视了。咖啡机上积满了厚厚的灰尘，储水箱里也长了霉。就连门也需要修理，挡风雨条已经断裂、撕裂、脱落。酒店收到我们的钱后，就立即无视了我们，这真是令人失望。我们确实匆忙寻找其他住宿地点，但天色已晚，找不到价格实惠的住处，所以我们晚上9点就早早地跑了3个小时回家，不得不取消了一半的行程。房间状况令人无法接受，我们很遗憾有这样的经历，因为我们真的想支持这家酒店，因为我们热爱这个地区。我们并没有期待价格的完美，但至少希望房间能让我们睡得舒服。很明显，房间很久没打扫过了。
在获得退款之前，检查了两个房间，发现它们都很脏，办理入住的人很棒，甚至浴室的地板都很粘
