Parking is easy free and plentiful Clean and quiet place.
Cons: No microwave in my room and the channel selection was limited for the kids

Upon check in, woman at front desk barely acknowledged us. Had takeout and a friendly housekeeper showed us where to get a plate. Fire alarm went off, as we were walking down three flights of steps( put on third floor with almost empty parking lot), a fellow occupant told us it was false alarm. No staff member made any contact with us. Will not be staying there

这家酒店绝对达不到万豪酒店的标准。硬件和软件都达不到。尤其是管理层。他们的一栋楼房铺的是单层木地板。当客人在你房间上方走动时，我们被吵醒了。只是走动而已。供暖系统在“冬季”无法正常工作。当我们联系工作人员时，他们说他们无法让技术人员进来。没有“基本必需支持”。他们同意换房间。然而，经过几间房间和几个小时后，我们又回到了同一个房间，因为他们剩下的房间都没有正常工作的供暖装置。也没有独立的供暖装置。所以不得不在寒冷中过夜。他们确实提供了额外的毯子。对于万豪酒店的标准来说，这还不够。
更糟糕的事情还在后头。
第二天，我们向经理咨询了情况。她找了各种借口，说这是他们能提供的，如果我们不能接受，我们应该退房去其他地方。这对我们来说没问题。但我们已经支付了接下来 3 天的房费，所以我们要求退款。她说不不不。所以我要求和她的上司谈谈。她又说不不不。她说她是老板。Countyyard by Marriott ?????
