酒店环境舒适，有SPA服务供选择。
酒店周围吃饭、买日用品都很方便。中餐馆也不少。
对于出差的人，是不错的选择。
酒店地理位置优越，晚上有很多美食，所以如果半夜饿了可以直接找吃的。走廊里有饮水机，方便制作冷饮或热饮。设施齐全，游泳池早上和家人一起使用非常棒。最重要的是，从前台、保安到客房服务人员都笑容满面（热情打招呼），让我在那里的三天感觉过得很快。
下次如果我在芝卡朗还有工作，我肯定还会选择Fave酒店，尽管实际上我在AEON Deltamas有一个活动，离酒店有点远，但这没关系，因为我和妻子、孩子在Fave酒店住得很舒服。

真心希望酒店能改进，被子枕头床单太久太脏了，搞不懂为什么不换掉，空调噪声太大了，晚上根本休息不好，门锁太旧了，不掌握技巧根本打不开，经常需要服务员帮忙打开，
好，很舒服。保安很友好。房间干净凉爽，前台也很友好。
去很多景点都很方便，旁边有麦当劳，商场（Living Plaza），早餐也很好。
位置很好很方便，但卫生方面需要再加强一下。
太棒了！非常满意，这是最好的。
房间里有很多蚂蚁，空调也不给力。我要求换房，他们也给我换了，但新房间还是有很多蚂蚁。
房间很干净，服务很好，安保人员很友好也很礼貌，而且离购物中心很近，所以找小吃或食物很方便。
我对服务总体还算满意。
不过给favehotel提几点小意见：
我对网络连接问题有点不太满意，房间的WIFI一直有问题，直到我退房也没解决。
而且游泳池的水很浑浊，感觉没有定期清理。
希望Fave hotel能继续保持竞争力，生意兴隆！
