Does this place answer their phones ever... i tried to modify my reservation online when i recieved the confirmation email beucase inhad accidemyly chosen the wrong day and the site wouldnt let me so i tried to call and call but nothing all night and still cant get to a manager.

I felt like the desk people treated me as if they were doing me a favor.. and when would ask for towels or soap it was a huge bother

Uninspired property
The property is a bit worn. The window did not lock. The elevator buttons had to be pushed twice—once for floor, and again to open when it stopped—maintenance or repairs needed on the button panels/wiring. Location is OK, there are a slew of mediocre bars 1/2 block away.

The staff is always nice at check in and I go often and se familiar faces and it’s my first choice coming to Waterloo. No it’s not the ritz but it’s bug free and clean and the staff is nice to me when I visit and I visit often and if there’s not a room available and I have to go elsewhere the staff is helpful finding something else but it’s my first choice when I visit Waterloo

早餐的华夫饼很好吃,我还尝了炒蛋,但味道不太好。炒蛋好像在锅里放了一段时间,吃起来又硬又没什么味道。
我尝了尝肉汁,那个还行。
我喜欢橙汁,咖啡和奶精的选择也很多样。

这酒店性价比超高!虽然我们房间的马桶有点问题,但楼下有公共卫生间可以用,还挺方便的。
这家酒店很棒,适合过夜。需要注意的是,入住需要缴纳押金,但可以用现金支付,退房时房间检查完毕后会退还押金。
虽然很干净,但仍然需要很多细心照料。房间有异味,地板和家具上有污渍。床上用品有洞。房间只做了最低限度的装修,墙壁等需要维修。我们的“套房”有我见过的最小的冰箱,一加仑牛奶和几瓶汽水装满了它。早餐也是最低限度的,华夫饼机的定时器坏了。吐司、麦片、酸奶、苹果。只有一部电梯能用。工作人员很友好,但肯定需要一些更新
