Charged me twice for incidentals. Once upon arrival and once upon checkout. I was refunded the initial charge after checkout, however they would not refund my other charge. Instead, after multiple calls to the hotel, they randomly state “a pillow was missing” therefore charging me an absurd amount of money. Do not stay here.

It was very secure and very clean. Isela is awesome, she was very kind. I had an issue with my car and needed to get to work, she went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated that because I'm in a new city and just started a new job but Isela continued to help me until my issue was solved. I will be back, great place to stay!!

Last minute booking- great experience!
Last minute booking, business trip, late night. Greeted by the sweetest man. A swered all of our questions, checked us in quickly. We booked a handicap room- very spacious! Plenty room to move around. Shower/ bathroom was very spacious as well! Plenty of linen, up-to- date. Fixtures had USB outlets, fridge, the breakfast area was clean an the options were good as well. Easy checkout!We were pulling a trailer so parking was limited. Thats the only complaint we really had. Otherwise- overall had a great experience at this facility!

The nerve of some people
Needed a fork and asked after breakfast closed and was met with some resistance. I had to assert myself sternly and politely three times for a fork. Bit rude and unprofessional

The bed was horrible. I went to the front desk to check some more towels and wash clothes and the lady on duty said that the door is locked and she couldn’t get anything. I did have the don’t disturb sign on the door.

Hotel was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was a $100 security deposit for potential damage done to the room (I’ve never before encountered this in a hotel stay). The $100 was charged to my credit card, but the charge was removed after a couple of days.

Rom was okay,front desk staff was freiendly but manager/owner was rude and not customer friendly. Breakfast was very lacking in options.
