Staff was great! So nice! The room was great. Well maintained and clean. The beds oh my goodness were so comfortable and those pillows are heavenly. I need a couple of those pillows. We slept so wonderfully. Definitely recommend and will stay here in the future. Thank you so much! Bonus that there was a 711 right next door which meant enjoying a slurpee.

The front desk staff was aloof and unfriendly. They seemed annoyed having to deal with customers.

Our stay was great ! The room was clean, smelled good, a/c system worked good and the place was quite.
Breakfast bar was small but nice.
Only one thing I think needs improved, is the towels, very cheap towels, and small.
Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

It seemed to me that the people next to us were extremely loud very early in the morning. And the people above us seem to play music very late at night. Not a very soundproof room

This property was exactly as I expected from a budget hotel. For a quick one night stay it met our needs fine. The continental breakfast had a very small selection but it was clean, stocked, and organized.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had noise issue one evening, but the staff handled our complaint quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Their friendly and efficient response made a big difference—would definitely stay here again!

Terrible! Paid reservation ans still took 20 mins of them running licenses checks ect for your giving a room... 150.00 dollar hold on your card.
Luxury hotel's only charge 50. 2nd to worse ive ever stayed in...

Charged me twice for incidentals. Once upon arrival and once upon checkout. I was refunded the initial charge after checkout, however they would not refund my other charge. Instead, after multiple calls to the hotel, they randomly state “a pillow was missing” therefore charging me an absurd amount of money. Do not stay here.
