While the hotel itself was at least clean, nice rooms and conveniently located near shops and food. During my stay, there was an issue with plumbing the ENTIRE day (Sept 27th). I was told it should be fixed within 2 hours which was around 10am...it wasn't until after 9pm
before the issue was resolved which is completely unacceptable. The entire day, a guest with no water, unable to shower, unable to flush the toilet, wash my hands. I had to miss one of my events I was hosting because of this. All we received was a dry apology, no credit/Refund or compensation..nothing. Just a bucket to fill with water in case I needed to flush the toilet. I'm a diamond member with the Hilton community so I expected something similar or close but it was far from my expectation of a hotel regarding accommodations. Next time I will stick to what I know because the HILTON would NEVER.

It was great, clean room, spacious with extra couch/sofa, nice bathroom, everything worked. We will stay there again.

Bed proximity to wall made it difficult to move in/out of it
Pool was closed because “maintenance was supposed to come fix/clean but didn’t”. This was one of the two reasons we chose this place
Payment mixup at check-in , but was resolved

Noise level was good at night

Safe, clean, competent and friendly staff. Room was stuffy and smelled like the carpet needed to be cleaned.

This hotel was located in a nice area, and everything we needed was a short drive away. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean!

The room was spotless and the staff was very polite.
由于冰箱坏了，我不得不换房间。管理很棒。换到了一个新的房间。我住了4天。他们检查了一下，确保我住得愉快。
住宿和接待都很棒。虽然离开时把房间打扫得一尘不染，但我还是没有收到押金。
