The bathroom wasn’t very clean. They had long streaks of black hair on the hairdryer hanging down over the sink. I killed the unwanted bug in the bathroom in the carpet was not vacuumed cause they had a lot of loose hair on the ground floor on the carpet when there’s construction at the hotel They should notify you that there is construction at this hotel. Sorry for the inconvenience that never took place.

The toilet was running when I got into the room. I took the Kleenex top off and the bottom of the box was missing. I opened the toilet lid and the box was inside the tank! It was pushing on the tube that runs the water. I took it out and the tank then filled. After flushing, it started running again! I just let it be. The bagels were stale and hard at the breakfast buffet. The orange juice was horrible. I had to throw it out. Not a good experience this time.

Welcoming and comfortable
Booked a studio suite: nice-sized room and comfortable accommodations. The staff was friendly and did a good job of informing us of the amenities at check-in.

Roaches and humidity.
The hotel overall felt dirty. Found and had to dispose of three cockroaches. The hotel politely gave me 10% off for the trouble. The hotel was okay for a day but not for a stay.

Love staying here the staff are very polite and nice the pool is relaxing and clean the room are very nice and clean stay for a couple of days and the staff made sure we had enough towels and whatever we needs god bless them all for their hard work

I don't recommend
This was by far the worst hotel on our trip...we had to stay in a smoking room instead of non-smoking...the building falling apart...lots of damage
