Came back to our room after dinner and it reeked like someone pooped in our bathroom. They served milk that was clumped and old. The woman working the breakfast was hovering and hurrying guests along with being rude.

The front desk staff was very nice. We had to wait to check in because their system was down. The toilet didn’t flush. The room was clean but for $258 I think a couple bottles of water would be nice. The bagels and bread the next morning were hard and must have sat out all night.

Just had higher expectations for the cost of the room.

Staff checking in was good but seemed rushed and in a hurry even though no one was waiting to checkin; the rest of the stay the front desk staff were inattentive and avoidant. Breakfast staff, a woman, was gracious and efficient.

Convenient access off highway and restraunt in same parking lot. Lady bugs, box elder bugs and then a spider on bathroom door. Unkept windows- need cleaning. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The handicap pool chair has a large broken rusty metal piece exposed under the chair.

I had a great stay here for being alone. It was quiet, my fan worked great, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The only thing is the wifi wasn’t good so I couldn’t use my computer, and the bathroom light was so dark I could barely see my face when I was doing my nightly/morning routines. Being in the shower was worse since there is only one light. If they put different lighting in there it would’ve been perfect for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!

Best Hotel I've had in a long time

Our stay at the Red Wing, MN location was perfect. The check in was quick and efficient, the room was very clean and inviting. This Country Inn and Suites staff should be reworded with how well they are doing.
