I decided to stay at this property with my son and boyfriend because we were visiting family for Thanksgiving. Check in and check out was super easy. The room was clean and as described. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

When we went to the hotel they said the hotel was full and there was no room for us. After 6hrs of long drive we were so tired and frustrated to deal with this at 9:30pm. I booked through ******* for the first time and it was a blunder mistake. I am never going to book through ******* again. It is so unfortunate that there is no coordination between ******* and Marriott and as a result customers suffer despite and trusting and paying both companies.

Staff was fine, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, also volume on TV in bedroom did not work.

Check in was absolutely easy. The rooms were extremely clean.I would definitely come back.

The a/c didn’t work and the mattress was shot (sank down into a ravine). The staff was polite and helpful.

Lovely staff, terrible construction. Unless you are on the top floor you will hear every step above you. We had kids running back and forth. This is long term stay so think more like an apartment than hotel. Also the never ending highway noise makes for a challenging sleep.
Long term resident said the light outside by handicap parking has been out for a year. It was tough navigating to the door.

The staff was very accommodating towards me and my pets. Very handicapped consciousness. All provisions were better than expected.
