I was checked into my room for about 45 min, and saw two separate cockroaches. One in the hot tub, and one on the floor in the bathroom. When I spoke to the front desk, it was obvious that the guy had heard this all before. He offered to “try” putting me in a different room, but I’m actually allergic to roaches so I left. It’s been two weeks now: no apology and ABSOLUTELY no refund.

We didnt see any staff aside from the desk person during our stay. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. There was also a phone but just for decoration as it did not work. There was also a tv but it only worked about 40% of the time and then it would just turn black.

Staff was uninterested in assisting customers. First morning breakfast staff was late customers left to go get breakfast elsewhere. Bugs were in the rooms. No smoking rooms were all on the same hall but could smell cigarette smoke and **** from the hall in the rooms. Beer cans in the lobby. Very disorganized and disappointed.

Everything was fine, mattress were very uncomfortable and hard. Couldn’t find the breakfast in the morning

Decor old, broken table leg in our room, called and asked about the pool hours and was told it was seasonal then I said but it is indoor and he said its broken. Breakfast ran out of food at 9:45 even though hours were until 10.He said there is no hot tub either. Phone was broken but room was clean

The building is old....but that was not the problem. The room looked fine....but when I pulled the sheets back on the bed......BED BUGS!!!! Left immediately! When I told the front desk attendant, he didnt seem surprised, just offered me a refund.

Absolutely awful. It smelled like smoke, the heat in the room didn’t work, the bathroom GFI was broke and despite looking before falling asleep, woke up with a bed bug crawling by my pillow. Absolutely terrible, terrible hotel. RUN!
