Requested a non smoking room But the one next door Was the smoking room and all night All I did was smell smoke.

Reasonably priced and convenient to everything (Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, et al). Huge tub in the room perfect for an arthritic old man to enjoy a therapeutic soak after a long day enjoying all the local attractions. This place is my go-to anytime I'm down that way.

We normally have a great stay here, and it’s our go to hotel, however this time the cleanliness was awful. We got back to our room pretty late and wanted to shower before bed. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub had dirt coming out of the jets when we used the water, there was a ton of build up on the shower head and the faucet, there looked to be mold in the corners, and there was a rust colored substance on the tub. At first I thought it was discoloration but as soon as water hit it the substance came right off. It appeared the tub was never cleaned during maid service. I have pictures of everything. We opted to use the sink instead of the shower as it was so late and we were exhausted. Our toddler had already fallen asleep so we opted to wait until this morning to say anything since the beds were ok. Then this morning before checking out, I saw a roach in the bathroom crawling on the floor. Again I have a photo. When my husband mentioned this to the front desk staff the only thing they said was “well why didn’t you say anything last night” as if we were at fault for the lack of cleaning done in the room. Honestly we had every intention of extending our stay for another night but after that we opted to book a room at a new hotel instead. I would prefer a refund for our stay as it was definitely not up to standard.

This location was not like pictured on the internet. Our hall smelt like cigarette smoke even though the rooms were non smoking. It is an old building & you can tell. The beds & linens were clean but there were stains on the chairs in the room. The carpet in the room was dirty too

I was impressed with the large shower / jetted tub combo in our unit. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

While my room was smokefree and fine, I could detect smoke residue in the hallway. Irritating for a non smoker. Recommend you limit smoking rooms to only one floor, and leave the other floors non smoking. Rich Rattan

Water pressure in shower and hot tub was next to zero. Our room was supposed to have a mini fridge and it did not.

Nice hinden place
the breakfast starts at 7-10 you get there 5 minutes after the breakfast. Starts The food is fresh and hot.
The waffles are great. The yogurt. Everything was well and clean.
It's a nice breakfast for the price you pay to stay there

Worst place I ever stayed. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned from previous guest. Went to the front desk and instead of them being apologetic he just stated that he does not clean the rooms. We did get new rooms, but the staff was not helpful or friendly at all. the bathroom sink was clogged the shower did not get warm and there was a bug on the bathroom floor.
