Nothing was working in the room. Water was drilling down. Bed wasn’t made a room wasn’t cleaned. I don’t sleep in the room and feel like I need to get a refund.

Good for price.
Just stayed for about eight hours; but suited my purpose-comfortable bed, decent TV, inexpensive.

did not like the way room layout. tv could have been front of sofa. very little room at foot of bed, because of cabinet with fridge , micro and tv there.also no ice bucket or cups in room. had good coffee in office.

There was one staff member that was very nice and helpful I asked for a accable room I'm disabled and I have mobility issues I was okay without it but they put us all the way down the end it was very far from the pool and office for me to walk when I asked to move rooms they said they didn't have anything else.I was very disappointed the house keeping staff was rude and didn't bring me anything until I complained to the front desk .there was one nice man that drove my daughter and I to the room and when I complained he even brought everything I needed to the room.

I was stranded due to weather, and had to wait till next day for my flight. Due to two other events going on in the area, most hotels were booked (or $600+). Found this hotel about 20 min from airport. The room was clean.
The first room offered was occupied. In the next room offered, the A/C unit was disassembled in the room. This was the last room available that was non-smoking. I was told by the attendant that there was a smoking room available but it was known to have roaches. The attendant did try calling to the hotels next door to see if there was availability, but everything was booked. With no other hotels in the area available I stayed in the room with no A/C for the night.
Thankfully I had added travel insurance to this stay, which I would recommend. You may have a great experience, I just had a lot of things working against me this one night.

Place was ok but i booked the room at 12pm but would not let me check in until ater 3pm had to wait in my car , they did not have a problem taking my money 12pm dont know why i had to wait so long to ckeck in , if check out is at 11am u should be able to check in at least 12pm.

Burned bathrooms, bullet holes, broken cars, and I’m pretty sure bug infested.
