Rooms were very rundown. Our first room had no heat. Our second room had no shampoo or tissues. The bathtub drained slowly, and the toilet was hard to flush. The door hardware was rusted. The towels were small and scratchy. I barely missed being hit with a bundle of dirty linens thrown off the second floor balcony by a maid. We had no maid service in our room during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet.

Great hotel
Great stay as always. We come to this red roof Inn all the time when going to Williamsburg. The only reason I gave it a four out of five for the comfort was because the mattress needs replaced. Otherwise we were very happy.
