Travelodge is our favorite place to stay every time we go to busch garden. Budget friendly, clean rooms, easy to get in and out. We are staying here again next month.

Just say no
Where do i start beds dirty and hard as a rock got bed bugs carpet so filthy our white socks were brown after walking across once we were there 4 nights no offer of new towels or toilet paper. Tried to ask for toilet paper and the office was locked. There was ceiling falling down on our bed

This nonsmoking roomed hqd a terrible smell when first entering, tub soap holder had hair in it, room floor was filthy evidenced by black dirt coming off our feet in the shower, and was told by desk clerk that we didnt have a reservation and took 30 minutes to straighten out.

Loved the glue traps with 33 roaches stuck either dead or staring at me while I’m sleeping. Disgusting. Rm 431

It was basically like staying in the motel from My Name is Earl, complète with defunked pool.

This property was extremely filthy. all over. The advertisement said it had been remodeled in May 2025.Was not. Showed inside swimming pool was not. Showed had a free breakfast. Not true. Absolutely worst place to stay.

I was horribly upset with our experience here. It looked nothing like the photos. The pool was completely inoperable (it actually had a plant growing in the middle of it), which was immediately frustrating because my kids specifically asked to stay at a place that had a pool. The system was down and therefore the WiFi wasn’t operating until the next morning when I was checking out.
The cleaniness was almost laughable. The stairs smelled horribly. We weren’t comfortable using the microwave or the refrigerator. The air vents were all covered in dust. The remote to the tv was broken.
On top of everything else we were approached by a man in the parking lot that made my kids and I so uncomfortable that I waited to get any belongings out of my vehicle. The receptionist seemed like she was trying to be helpful when we went to check in but gave zero information about where the room was, parking, WiFi, anything at all really.
If it hadn’t already been 930 at night after a soccer tournament and had kids that just needed to sleep I would have left as soon as we parked/finally found the room and had the initial handful of issues.
As an adult in customer service management, I try my best to be forgiving & understanding because things happen sometimes that aren’t easy to manage or control. However, this was a terrible experience, to say I would never return, with or without my children is an understatement.

I like that the beds an pillows were confortable. The room was wide. I dislike that the coffee machine didn't work.
