Was not aware of the $100 dollar cash deposit, plus the usual hold on your card. They said they just scan your card. Then I when back up to ask for 1 extra pillow, two of us in the room, I was told there were no extra pillows available. Surprised that this is a Wyndham property. Felt more like we were checking into a shady property. Will not be staying here again!

The room was fine and we had a great stay. No elevators and we had to grapple with opening stairwell doors while our hands were full but it was just something to get used to. The staff was great and helpful!

Didn’t like the pillows, or should say what they claim are pillows it like a load of material with a pillow case on them. They were awful. Bed stood too high for us. Otherwise, it was a pleasant interaction with staff. A very clean room.

German cockroach
I only need 3 things in a hotel: no bugs, clean, and comfortable enough to sleep. Everything else is a bonus. Finding a cockroach in the morning definitely ruins the entire experience. Which is a shame because it was otherwise nice. When I told the lady at the front desk she simply replied "Sorry about that." and walked away.
