Staff was really kind and helpful! In an unexpected downpour, the front desk staff noticed I was struggling without an umbrella and produced one to help me get to my car...well above and beyond what I expected! The staff member working breakfast was also very kind. Hospitality isn't dead! Highly recommended

The lady at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and informative. She was really sweet and respectful. We had a great experience checking in and the room was spotless. We will definitely be staying here again.

A great place to stay for a visit to Williamsburg. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and the accommodations were comfortable.

This hotel was great!!! My son even said it was the best sleep he has ever had at a hotel! Very clean, we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. Highly recommend.
The staff was also very attentive and friendly.

Very clean and wonderfully outfitted rooms, with everything you might need, including a small refrigerator! The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel location is perfect for anything you want might want to see or do in the Williamsburg area.
酒店设施齐全，微波炉冰箱皆有，洗发水等按需供应。非常干净。很满意。
儿子无线耳机一直显示在酒店，但是酒店查不出谁拿了，离开之后电话问几次，虽然还是显示在酒店某一个员工所在的工作区域，但是就是回复没有。一路下来就是在这家酒店丢了耳机，不会再选择住这里了

酒店不大，但是干净整洁，非常雅致的室内设计风格，让人感觉舒适。
酒店本身相当不错——设施新装修，地理位置便利，还有美味的免费早餐。9.0 的评分显而易见，总的来说物有所值。
然而，我被安排的房间就在制冰机和紧急出口旁边。我深夜入住，并没有意识到可能会有噪音。遗憾的是，尽管我带着孩子一起旅行，接待员对此只字未提。
早上 6 点就开始有客人四处走动吃早餐，有些人试图打开紧急出口，结果触发了巨大的警报。真正的问题出现在早上 7 点之后，紧急出口开始像普通门一样运作。客人不断进出，导致门每隔 2-3 分钟就会砰地关上一次。巨大的撞击声让我们根本无法休息。这真的让人精疲力竭，完全扰乱了我们的休息。
睡个好觉是入住优质酒店的主要原因之一，但遗憾的是，这家酒店并没有做到这一点。
总的来说，这家酒店还不错——但如果你被分配到126、128房间，或者任何靠近紧急出口的房间，请要求换房，以避免类似的经历。
