The hotel was clean. I think it’s ridiculous to charge a credit card $100. To hold overnight, usually just a credit card on file is acceptable.

Pleasantly surprised. Minimally decorated but functional as needed.
Coffee/ tea service should be in the rooms.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Location was perfect, close to dining and shopping. Parks only 15 minutes away

Our recent stay at the Hilton was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and outgoing.

Just hangin' around
I think this hotel was almost brand new. it was clean and fresh. I appreciated the condition the rooms were in.
My only thoughts--
Monitor the people you allow to just "hang out" around the property. It's unsettling and you start questioning what exactly they are doing there for the better part of the day/evening.
The elevator wasn't working in the AM--and you might consider coffee machines in the rooms.

We were there for a weekend. Mr. Demaris greeted us and made us feel welcomed. He was Great. What I did not like and could not understand was on the next day Saturday. My cousin wanted to go swimming she asked for a towel and they gave her a hand towel. Later that night when we returned I requested towels and wash rags. I was told they only had 2 towels left and no wash cloths. I couldn't believe it I had to ask again. Then my Aunt called me from her room and asked me if I had service come I told her I had my do not disturb sign out. She said she took hers off but no one came and she was told they didn't have any left. The person on the late shift was helpful he found me 2 rags and gave me the towels and found rags for my Aunt as well.

Chose this hotel as it was highly recommended on the booking site. Hotel seemed like it was an old hotel that was cheaply renovated. There was a strange smell throughout, we could hear other guests from their rooms and hallway from inside our room, and while "tidy" it didn't seem clean. Will likely not stay at a Spark property again.
