Easy quick check in and out. Staff was exceptional. Room was clean. A/C worked well. Water pressure in shower was good. Only issue was the back of remote were batteries were would not stay on

Everything was ok, but they changed my room. I booked a king size room and they gave us a room with 2 beds

I didn't find out about a deposit until arrived first night, the front desk clerk was nice and when I applied money to my card the deposit was waivered. The second night was a nightmare once was explained how deposit was waivered from first room the new clerk waivered it just for the wife of the hotel manager to have clerk to call me and said that I could not stay if I did not pay the deposit.

My partner and our dogs were in search of a cozy spot to rest before heading to visit our parents in Tri-Cities, and we found the perfect place! It was not only charming but also budget-friendly, making our stay even better.
And to top it off, there was a delightful bakery called Blackbird right next door. We enjoyed sipping on freshly brewed coffee and savoring delicious donuts—such a fantastic way to fuel up before hitting the road again!

The shower curtain was dirty as well as hair was left in the tub and on the shampoo/conditioner dispenser. Dirty hand towels. The ac makes a loud popping noise. The beds are hard as a rock. Outside smelt of burning rubber. When checking in the guy mumbled under his breath over me asking him a question. We will not be staying again.

这简直是家蟑螂旅馆！千万别住。早上我在地板上发现了一只死蟑螂，还看到床垫上有污渍。前一晚因为房间灯光太暗，根本没看清。我入住的时候，工作人员在早餐室睡着了，我按了铃都没把他吵醒。退房时我要求退款，前台却跟我争辩说会告诉清洁人员。我都要退房了，打扫房间对我来说有什么用？
