My main annoyance is holding $100 for incidentals, like I'm a rock star that's going to trash the room after cleaning out the minibar. Not that there's a minibar. The hotel is fine, like any other $120(ish) place. No EV charging, one sit-down restaurant in walking distance, couple fast foods that involve crossing a busy street if you don't feel like driving.

The room was clean and comfortable, the only real issue was the tv didn't work well and we couldn't cast to it, otherwise a near flawless stay

Overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay at Holiday Inn Express. Location was great. About 5-10 minute drive to Busch Gardens & College of William & Mary and 20 minutes to Williamsburg Premium Outlets which I highly recommend. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Only downside would be the thin walls & door. We could hear our next door neighbor with little children.

Staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean. Breakfast was perfect. Hotel is located within 7 min drive to Busch Gardens and has multiple choices for dining in the area.
