Our room was very pleasant the bed s very comfortable. Pillows I like what she's rare. I thought they were lacking in the smaller type of amenities like normally when we stay at Hampton they always give us complimentary Waters pretty sure I'm a Hilton's reward member but I didn't see any offers like that. Our sink was running really slow in the bathroom. Which I meant to tell it the front desk and I forgot. But everything was great. When you walked in and had a nice clean refreshing smell

Pleasantly surprised for the price how clean and nice this hotel was. The only downside I can think of is the pool is not heated and was very cold.

Was surprised that the charge for the room went to my credit card the night that I check in was more that the bill on check out. Also, the bill for check out had the wrong address. The desk clerk was not much help in resolving.

酒店回复: Thank you for staying with us. The difference in the amount you saw at check in, and the amount when you checked out, was our 25 incidental hold, which falls off after check-out. We release it then, and then your bank releases it on their own time frame. As far as the address, anything booked through a third-party website (like *******), comes in with that company's address on it. We can change the address or add your Hilton Honors information at your request during your stay, if you need that information on your receipt.
