I had talked to a person on a laptop to sign in which I think is very impression. There is a person that is in the hotel area sheets, head bad things and disgusting these hoes in the door looks like it needs to get fixed up.the pool was in good shape though

Not a bad visit
Overall, the visit was good on July 26-27. The check in and check out at the Kiosk was ok, but at times it seemed a hard to hear the staff. Both Jeremy and Mia were awesome, they were both polite and didn't mind repeating themselves. The rooms were clean and quiet. Parking was a little tight for big vehicles.

NEVER AGAIN!
I went to check in to be told they canceled one of my rooms. We finally got into a room and it was FILTHY!!!! The shower had no soap to wash your hands let alone shower with, 1 towel for a room of 4 adults!! The shower head had water running down the inside of the wall. The jacuzzi tub was BLACK around the jets. Looked like had not been cleaned in YEARS!! Turned the jets on and there was BLACK CHUNKS OF MOLD CAME OUT!!!! I attempted to go to sleep only to be woken up multiple thinking I had something crawling on me, just to wake up in the morning with bites on my legs! I will NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE STAY HERE! It was the WORST stay I have ever had!!

Red Roof Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin is not the best motel, it’s not the worst. The room was large and fairly clean and not too expensive and the staff was friendly so if that’s what you’re looking for then this is the place. A remote human in a robot iPad screen checks you in but if anything goes wrong there is an actual human onsite.
The lobby and stairwell smell of cigarettes and slight mold, there is no elevator and we could never get on their wifi but as I said, we were just looking for a large, inexpensive room with two beds to throw our things in and sleep at night so Red Roof Inn worked for our needs.

My friend and I had a good stay...The pool was salt water. We didn't get a Continental breakfast and the coffee they did offer was barely warm...But we would stay again.

这不是我第一次住这家酒店了。我刚进门的时候,前台就有一位绅士在等着迎接我们,不像大多数酒店需要等半天才有人来帮忙。我隔壁的住客有点吵,于是我下楼到前台,那位绅士很快就解决了问题,态度也很好。我住了三天,当时没有免打扰牌挂在门上,所以我告诉夜班清洁阿姨不用打扫我的房间。结果这是个错误,她态度很差很不友好。不知怎么回事她没听懂,房间还是被打扫了,虽然这不是什么大事,但她处理这件事的方式浪费了员工的时间和资源。
