The parking area was very small. There was a large storage container taking up some of the spaces so there were none available for late arrival.
There are only 2 electrical outlets in the room. One at the bed nightstand and one at the bathroom sink. No phone charger plugs/USB outlets at all.
The coffee pot was very dirty. I had to clean it with a rag.
The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is just old and in bad need of a remodel.

Double charged, manager was rude and refused to help. I had to go to my bank and dispute the second charge.

There are no towel bars in the bathroom while the cleaning service is every 3 days. The shampoo and soap dispensers were not refilled. No clothes rack, no hangers. Mediocre breakfast. Those are minor inconveniences and I wouldn't mind at $100. But when the hotel charges $200, I expect the details to be attended to.

Breakfast is fresh stuff was great. Didn’t need to wait for help on any of the food. Customer Service at the front desk was awesome. Very clean. Very nice. We’ll stay there again.
