Was an unfortunate stay - dirty property, rust and mold in the room, air conditioning sounded like it was going to fall apart every time it started and stopped. Grounds were over grown and I mean 2 feet tall weeds everywhere - A screw like lock on the patio door so you could not use the balcony - A huge fire safety violation - a garbage can collecting water leaking in the hallway of the first floor... And I could go on ...

HORRIBLE AND MISERABLE PLACE! Everyrhing is DIRTY AND WORN OUT. 1960s Dirty Rooms with OLD CARPET and OUDATED FURNITURE. STAINED CHAIRS. DISGUSTING WALLS, FLOORS AND CARPETS. DiRTY AND LEAKY TOILETS AND THIS WAS THE JUNIOR SUITE! THIS IS A HORROR! IT'S MORE LIKE A DIRTY MOTEL. The last day we arrived home, and our toddler's backpack had cereal bars inside a grocery bag in the backpack. The Cereal bar wrapper was chewed through as well as the grocery bag. We had left it on top of a couch/chair the last night and apparently a mouse must have gone crawl in at night and into the backpack. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK!!

Do NOT stay here. The property is old, dirty and worn and facilities are not maintained or repaired as they should be. Dirty bathrooms & guest rooms, broken elevators, no fresh towels or maid service during our stay. Breakfast was truly inedible. We passed several open unoccupied guest room doors (and no cleaning or repair service happening) - in fact one person in our party arrived to their room to find the door unlocked and open! Truly, the worst stay at a hotel ever for us.

Front foyer inviting and check in easy. Very dated and broken furniture in both of rooms well reserved. Absolutely no extra supplies at front desk (towels, laundry soap (dispenser broken), silverware, no pool towels). Pool and hot tub very nice (however, no towels provided or at front desk). No hot selection at breakfast except for waffles. Parking easy and available.

Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Go turn on the air in the room early. Breakfast was good and lasted till 10. Meeting rooms were spacious and clean, though maybe a bit hot. No restaurant for lunch or dinner. Close to all Williamsburg historic sites.

The front office staff were most helpful and pleasant in providing directions inside and outside of the Hotel. The Hotel is in an historic area--lots to visit and see--a beautiful, rural feel. The Hotel food was exceptional; free breakfast also. Lots of stores nearby, too.

This hotel was somehow disappointing yet I didn’t even pay for it as I was on here for a senior trip. The elevators didn’t work when my class was here. The room already had stains before I entered my room. The breakfast was so bad that I just decided to go to the cereal bar the next time I had breakfast. Also I’m positive I got some fungal infection from the places indoor pool. Do not be fooled by its modern looking lobby as it really isn’t and don’t be fooled into booking this due to its connivence to Busch gardens it is not worth your own money.

This was my first visit to this property for ConVivial 2025. The hotel was very comfortable, though I had to turn the thermostat up much higher than normal to sleep comfortably. The staff were great, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Looking forward to coming back next year.

一切都非常棒，每个人都很好。当我们再次来到这个地区时，我们一定会选择住在这里。这是一家非常漂亮的酒店，我强烈推荐！
