Comfort Suites Williamsburg was a great hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, all the ammenities (fridge, micro), breakfast were included. It was located in an area off the main road, so it was quiet. We were on the back side of the hotel and it looked out onto a lovely forest. Staff was very friendly. Great place to stay also because it was close to the attractions we were there to see.

Friendly staff. The hotel is fairly new and very clean. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was great. There was a good food selection at breakfast. The location is perfect - near the colonial area and college, not far from shopping outlets but not on a busy road.

check in was easy as pie. i just said my name and the staff let me on through. room was spotless, clean, and luxurious. thanks so much.

I like the hotel overall, but when our toilet clogged and I told the front desk, he said "I do not plunge toilets" (exact quote) and handed me a plunger. I don't know if that's normal--I guess I can see the logic that if we clogged it we needed to fix it, but the attitude was weird. Given the shared nature of plumbing at a hotel, you can't necessarily place the blame and expect a guest to fix the problem themselves. In fact, after the toilet was unclogged, it was running on and off all night, so there might have been a bigger issue. I plunged it and it was fine, but not everyone who stays at a hotel is physically able (I'm thinking of my 80-year-old parents here) or would expect to plunge a toilet when paying to stay. Other than that the stay was great, but given all the options in the area the whole being handed a plunger thing would give me pause staying there again.

Everything at the hotel was great.
However we were lucky enough to get a room because a confirmation number for the reservation was never passed on too the hotel so they had no reservation. I guess that’s what I get for just saving the reservation emails and not reading them.
That is the only reason that it received a poor rating which was no fault of the hotel.

房间设施都很陈旧了，周边没有什么设施，吃喝玩乐都要打车出去，1260元/晚价格虚高，很普通的经济型酒店
没什么可抱怨的。
411房间地毯有一股浓浓的霉臭味！幸好我带了花露水，否则难以入眠！202房窗外就是一部室外空调主机，嗡嗡作响，晕了😵💫！
