My friend and I had a great experience staying at Comfort suites. The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. We a few minor issues which were all addressed immediately and resolved. The breakfast was not bad, the freshly made waffles were very good. You had a choice of blueberry or regular, both were good. They had fruit, yogurt and cereals available as well as other hot breakfast options. Our room was very clean and they came every day to make our beds and straight up the room. The grounds were well kept, the pool and hot tub look great, we didn’t have a chance to use them. The hotel itself looked well maintained and clean. My only complaint was the lightning in the room could have been a little better, other than that it was a great experience and I will definitely stay at Comfort Suites again.

All of the staff was courteous and helpful. They were constantly cleaning at breakfast and assisting when help was needed. Our room was attended to daily. Everything was clean and neat. We will certainly stay there again the next time we are in the area.

We had a roach in our room and our key cards would only work once. Bed were hard as a rock and the ac did not work.

Size of room, very good for two people. Housekeeping was outstanding, fresh towels each day, our bed was made daily, trash removed. Free hot breakfast each morning, added bonus. Very friendly staff. The hotel was so clean and well maintained, would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was not the cleanest but not bad. Shower took a long time to get hot. Staff was friendly and location was very convenient for our needs.

Expected that Southern hospitality. We were never greeted/acknowledged by the desk attendants. Weird!! The room was clean and housekeeping was great.

房间设施都很陈旧了，周边没有什么设施，吃喝玩乐都要打车出去，1260元/晚价格虚高，很普通的经济型酒店
没什么可抱怨的。
411房间地毯有一股浓浓的霉臭味！幸好我带了花露水，否则难以入眠！202房窗外就是一部室外空调主机，嗡嗡作响，晕了😵💫！
