The hotel was great for a quick overnight trip. The room was well attended, clean, comfortable. More so than most hotels in a ‘budget’ price range. The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated that check-out time was noon (typically 11). Would stay again if we have plans in the Heights area and would recommend.

窗帘杆坏了。所以到了晚上，我不得不把所有的灯都关掉以保护隐私，否则你就能直接看到里面。地板太恶心了，至少几个星期没拖了。直到我躺在床上，脚悬空着，才脱下袜子，然后穿上袜子，再站下床。
咖啡机的纸杯内部长满了霉菌——反正我也不会煮咖啡。谁知道那台咖啡机是怎么弄的。
人们随时进进出出，吵闹不堪，关上房门。我的床头板上布满了涂了润滑油的手印。
如果不是经过十个小时的车程，凌晨 1:30 才到达，我会抗议的，但那时，我甚至不知道该去哪里。至少睡了 3 个小时，然后就离开了。
如果有人知道加利福尼亚州奥克兰戴斯酒店的声誉……这家酒店是最糟糕的。
员工很友善，怀疑他们能否控制我所经历的一切。这是管理层/业主的问题。
绝对不推荐这家酒店。无论如何都不要来。
