Clean rooms, wonderful Dove shower products, and comfortable beds. Really enjoyed hot tub and pool too.

The first the TV wasn't working so they gave us another room. The second room had lady bugs and stink bugs on the wall plus flying around in the room. The third roo was fine. All of the rooms were very clean though.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The bathroom faucet water was backwards, hot was cold and cold was not. Not a big deal. Breakfast was just ok, the entire juice machine was “out of service “ with only coffee as a choice. That was disappointing.

Pool was great(heated) but hot tub jets were broken and temp was low compared to pool. our toilet ran all night and tv remote would only work if you were standing next to the tv-overall average experience

Very clean hotel & room. Everything was new & updated. Heated pool & hot tub. Clean breakfast area. Plenty of towels. We had no complaints & will definitely stay here again.

The room and stay was nice. Though we booked here for the hot tub and it wasnt warm 😞 we were also contacted by front desk and asked if things were ok because she heard things dropping. We had only been back in our room for 5 minutes after getting something to eat. So we were a little off put and confused by that. Only idea we had would maybe be our pet that dropped a plastic chew toy from the bed a minute before. Which was another reason we stayed and another plus the pet fee was very reasonable.

Upon check-in the desk clerk demanded a $100 deposit. The charge would hit my credit card immediately, but I would have to wait five to eight days to get it back. The desk clerk was surley. I called the manager a couple of days later, and she was very unprofessional and sarcastic. I wrote Wyndam, the parent company, and got the run around. I will never stay at a Wyndam owned hotel again.

The staff should inspect the rooms more closely. My room, 219, had a lamp shade that was broken and taped up. The clothing rack was broken. I informed Harry at the Check-in-counter upon discovery within less than an hour of my arrival. The Jacuzzi was not working. I should receive some type of refund back .
