I always look at the reviews before booking. This hotel was not as presented. Upon arrival it had a weird smell like the carpets needed a good cleaning. The manager checking in guest was very rude to an elderly woman traveling alone. The hotel looked like it needed a good updating. The bathroom was old. I found bugs crawling on my water bottle in the night. There was a power outage at 6 a.m. due to someone hitting the outside power pole. No heat and no generator. My hallway was pitch black with the exception of the lighted exit sign. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to get down the dark hallway and to the front desk. No one was answering the front desk. I wasn’t the only one to ask for a refund for the rest of the weekend. There were several other people ahead of me who had done the same. The rate wasn’t cheap either so one would expect better service and cleanliness. The only upside was the beds are comfy.

Was overall a good stay and the staff were really nice. It is definitely dated, but that's to be expected.

There was an accident which caused the electric pole to come down and we had no electricity this morning. There was only one lane to get out of the parking lot and the police blocked some of that. If there had been a fire, we would not been able to get out. Need a second exit from the back parking lot, very dangerous situation.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed, good shower, didn’t have any issues with noise. It looks like they have been putting effort into refreshing the hotel. Would stay again.

Clean room but a 18 wheeler parked outside my room kept the truck running all
Night. Noise was extremely annoying.

The rooms and common area were very clean. Beds were comfortable enough. My biggest complaint is that housekeeping knocked on EVERY door at 9 Sunday morning until the door was answered- only to ask if we wonted towels or the garbage emptied. The construction began a bit before 10 in the rooms across from me. It seems that there could be a better time for this, or at least some warning so we could find somewhere quieter to be.

Great stay, was only 1 night, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay multiple nights! Room was clean, staff was very courteous and quick and breakfast was great!! Room did have drywall patches that were still needing paint, but that’s purely cosmetic, didn’t affect our stay…

This was really a nice place to stay for several days while exploring the area. Exceptionally clean with friendly, helpful staff. The continental breakfast, which is included, was quite good with egg dishes, sausage, fresh fruit, made to order waffles, cereal, yogurt selections, etc. The only complaint was heavy construction on the lot next to the hotel was ongoing and often shook the foundations. Also, it's located on busy Rt. 1 making entering and exiting a bit of a challenge. But overall, a very nice facility for the price.

Spent 2 nights here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. My room was very quiet. Carpets did need updating. Access to Maine attractions very easy! definitely, would book again next stay in Maine!
总体可以，位置稍稍偏了点，周边没有什么走路能逛的地方。酒店自己修了个小花园，所以窗景不错，靠近路边也不觉得很吵。早餐也可以，有速泡燕麦粥不错。走廊比较多，房间位置有点绕。相当于国内三星酒店
