We found a bed bug in the sheets of one of our beds.
The TV worked for local live channels but couldn't play the "free" movies because of some issue with a connection to the wifi. I couldn't get the wifi to work with any of my devices either. I followed the steps and it said I was connected and I watched the ad and then the connection never worked for anything for me even though it apparently was working for everyone else.
We were there for the GA TX game and paid $375/ night. I know its a big game weekend, but for that rate I expect the basics to work.

Parking was easy, staff was super friendly, room smelled bad and had dead bugs under the bed

There was a weird smell throughout the hotel. Like going through really old vinyl records at a thrift store.

There was an in room coffe maker, not usable/clean.
Thr breakfasr was decent.

Basic, Clean, Good for sleeping. Fitness centre equipment was non function, both treadmill and eliptical did not work, and my door kept malfunctioning I had to have my key re coded every day by staff.

This place was on the struggle bus. The Internet wasn’t available. The first day in the front desk seemed like they were unwilling or unable to help. The ice ran out constantly on both of the floors where the ice machine was available. And the breakfast was decent, but struggled with items being out or very cold like the sausage this morning. Overall, if you just need a place to rest your head, I guess it would be OK but we will likely not return.
我们这次入住的体验简直糟糕透了。我们入住第一天，床单就是脏的，无奈之下我们不得不换到另一个房间。结果换过去的房间洗手池下水又不畅。我们报告了这个问题，酒店方说维修人员会在当天结束前过来修理。然而，等我们晚上回到房间，洗手池根本就没修好，而且客房服务也完全没有来打扫房间，浴巾和床单也都没换。我们不得不打电话催促他们才派人过来打扫。更别提床吱吱作响，睡着非常不舒服，地毯也有一股异味。总而言之，这是一次非常糟糕的体验，我绝对不会推荐任何人预订这里的房间。
电梯显示已超过检查日期 5 个月，而且声音很糟糕。我们住的第一个房间闻起来有尿味。换房间后，钥匙卡多次无法打开门。不过前台工作人员很棒
