Check in staff person was very friendly and helpful. We had a handicap room; we’re not handicapped, but seniors who appreciate a taller toilet and grab bars around shower. The suite-type arrangement was good, plenty of space.
Breakfast was good.

The room had a few things broken and our door wouldn’t open to the key card until six try’s later. The breakfast was good and the room was spacious so thankful for that. The fresh cookies by the front desk were delicious and free!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Consistent throughout entire staff. Very quiet hotel and very clean. Comfortable bed and best pillows ever!

Our reservation started with having our room type messed up, not the only one having reservation issues. The rooms need some tlc, horrible beds. Both nights listened to the people above rearranging furniture. Could hear every sound outside, one of the windows is broken outside. The poor breakfast, it’s almost at a point of why bother. Nothing like the cleaning staff sitting around talking about everyone while trying to eat. Better yet being rude and nasty, not even able to speak English. This hotel is not worth 100 a night,and they shouldn’t be allowed to charge what they did just because of a game. Do yourself a favor and go someone else

I have stayed at this Country Inn and Suites many times in the past. I was very troubled by the appearance of the lobby and surrounding areas. It has completely degenerated and needs a refurbishment. Are you only staying open to make money when Georgia has a home game¿

When we checked in we found the only nice employee, outside of her most seemed like you were bugging them. We had a mess up with our reservation along with others, sounds like they need a system upgrade. The room was fair at best. Needs tlc bad. Mattress so thin and hard, not sure how you count their pillows as pillows, loose toilet seat. Several regular maintenance issues that appear to be ignored. Could hear traffic all night and the people above rearranging furniture. The breakfast is not good unless you want cereal. I have stayed at other country inns and this is a slap in their faces. The kitchen/cleaning ladies sitting in the breakfast area talking loudly across the room. They are not nice, rude and yelling in Spanish. The location is not good, there was a broken window on the hotel. Limited walking options for dining. Worst yet is that they are allowed to upcharge so bad for a game. Do your self a favor and go on down the road.

酒店满足了我们的需求，但早餐很差，房间每三天才打扫一次，床单破了，地毯又旧又脏。我们在酒店走廊里发现了一只蟑螂。酒店位置不错。我们很喜欢酒店前台随时提供的饼干、咖啡和茶。
