Our reservation started with having our room type messed up, not the only one having reservation issues. The rooms need some tlc, horrible beds. Both nights listened to the people above rearranging furniture. Could hear every sound outside, one of the windows is broken outside. The poor breakfast, it’s almost at a point of why bother. Nothing like the cleaning staff sitting around talking about everyone while trying to eat. Better yet being rude and nasty, not even able to speak English. This hotel is not worth 100 a night,and they shouldn’t be allowed to charge what they did just because of a game. Do yourself a favor and go someone else

tv's not working, door problems, outdated decore.
room door did not shut properly, televisions did not work correctly, they were too dim and flickered from normal brightness when turned on to very dim. TV settings were set to max brightness.
outdated carpet and carpet humps (carpet needs to be streached again. also a fall hazard.

The parking lot was being repaved, and we had to find parking elsewhere. They should have told us in advance. The rooms were never cleaned after 3 days. The front desk staff seemed annoyed. The carpets in the lobby had candy for 3 days all over them. The place needs help. Breakfast wasn't anything special, nothing healthy , no options.

The staff was VERY accommodating!!! It’s not the most glamorous place - but, it was comfortable and safe. I would return. :)

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Common areas could use some updating, such as wrinkled carpets. Overall a good value.

We booked this at the last minute on a UGA football weekend and got one of the last rooms. All was great!
入住没有任何问题。在地板上发现干狗****，在乙烯基沙发上发现防滑痕迹。床已经整理了一半。床单不干净。与前台非常好的女士交谈，交换了房间，房间维护得很好。显然不同的清洁人员......
酒店满足了我们的需求，但早餐很差，房间每三天才打扫一次，床单破了，地毯又旧又脏。我们在酒店走廊里发现了一只蟑螂。酒店位置不错。我们很喜欢酒店前台随时提供的饼干、咖啡和茶。
