Had to cancel my reservation 1 hour after I made it. They charged the full $78 as a penalty for the cancelation. Anyway I can get my money back.

Bed sheets and pillowcases were so stained we chose to drive 2 hours home at 1am rather than risking what we could get if we slept in that bed. So Gross!!!

They weren't able to find my reservation, almost trying to blame me for booking it for the wrong date or location. I checked emails, receipts, and bank account and all showed I booked the right location and I was already charged for it. He kept wanting to see proof, which I provided, then he "found" the reservation. Proceeded to send me to a room with only one bed, which was incorrect . I called front office and told him that I booked two beds and he said I was wrong. I read him what the receipt said and after insisting, he finally agreed to give me two beds. When he met me in the wrong room to give me new keys, he requested to see my reservation again, then blamed ******* for the mistake.

The staff was very friendly and always attentive, unfortunately our room smelled like cigarettes and we found a lot of dust in the floor.

The first night we got there we noticed that the sheets where not very clean at all and the bathroom had some hair on the shower and tub. Next morning we requested the room cleaned very well and a change of sheets and they did it. They offered to change our room but we decline because we didn't want to move all our stuff to another room. The breakfast they offer is very basic.
