We were assigned to a room with the door connecting to the next room.
After we settled in next room people checked in and made so much noise. The kids screamed and shook the door knob from their side. It was like we were in the same room.
The receptionist was kind enough to move us to another room but it was such a hassel to pack and unpack. But we were greatful for the quiter room.

Reserved a King room got a Queen room. Front desk staff was rude and offered zero information on anything regarding our stay (wifi, breakfast times), room was clean.

TV guide did not work, shower drain broken, microwave turntable was broken, breakfast was a disappoint (no toaster) just high sugar packaged pastry

Styrofoam plates to use to microwave premade breakfast sandwiches was a bit sketch. The bed although comfortable, really bounced when my partner shifted. The shower was great. the personnel all friendly and attentive, overall, a good overnight stay.

When I had a problem with fire alarm because of turning on heater in room they hooked me up with another room thank you

Check-in was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the fan in the bathroom was loud and squeaky.
