Disgusting room..non- functioning lights, sink full up with gross dirty water, dirty rugs and unchanged bed. Offered another room but overheard another guest complain about cockroaches, non working light and broken towel bar. That did it..we refused to stay and got our charge reversed.

酒店回复: I apologize for the inconvience, Another employee forgot to unclog sink but thats simply not true about the unchanged beds I went to check room and the beds were clean the stain on the carpet came from the refrigerator were it sat before being moved.

This stay was disappointing from start to finish. The sheets had blood stains and were a dingy white, which was unacceptable. We were only allowed two towels at a time, even though the room had a hot tub — not very practical. The shower curtain was satin, ripped, and had visible mold. On top of that, the internet was out the entire weekend. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t stay here again

Roaches in bedding, in refrigerator, in bathroom, behind mirror at sink, dead roaches on floor, stained carpets. Front desk attendant was only briefly there at check in.

Staff was very friendly. However, the hotel has roaches. I stayed at this hotel a year ago and it was fine. It’s definitely gone downhill.

Staff wasn't bad but everything else I would not recommend. Breakfast is terrible, dirty rooms, stained floor, gum was on a sheet, the blankets and sheets had stains.

this hotel was disgusting. I want my money back. I checked in at 11:00pm and left at 4:00am because I couldn't sleep due to the smell and the fact that there were bugs crawling on me..

Stayed one night on a road trip. Would not recommend. We were constantly killing bugs on the walls. Should have read other reviews before booking

Found several small bugs in the room. Carpet didnt appear clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
