Needed a room for my disabled sister for the Thanksgiving holiday. She had another great stay. Check in took under 5 minutes, the room was clean and comfy and quiet. It was another great stay. Thanks!

Room was in OK condition, it wasn’t dirty, but furnishings were dated and worn. TV had a defect where there was a big dialogue box covering up about 20% of the screen that they couldn’t get off. One of the desk guys did come up and try to help and I give him credit for that. It was just overall a mid-level hotel.

We requested a refund and did not stay. The rooms were musty, furniture was busted, watermarks on the walls and just overall gross. The pictures presented on the website are definitely misleading. However, the staff was helpful in assisting with the refund.

There is only one waffle maker and one one coffee station. It is not enough for the amount of people staying there. The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing.

The front desk staff were excellent. The housekeeping staff were subpar. The breakfast staff were not very friendly, and the food and choices were very limited. The rooms smelled terrible, but there were air fresheners in the rooms that didn’t seem to help. They did have a sign in the lobby that said they were about to start remodeling. It definitely needs it!
