The room was very outdated, dark, old, with stains. It didn't seem very clean either. The shower and sink would not drain properly, so I couldn't use those amenities. One of the lamps in the room flickered constantly. The bed linens were itchy. I would not stay here again.

The rooms are outdated. The restaurant is only able to split tabs equally and only up to three ways, because using a calculator is hard I guess? Also, a candy bar costs $8. Not worth the high price. The staff was very nice.

Having stayed here before, my husband and I booked a Queen room for 3 nights and prepaid in full. When we arrived we were given a room with one twin bed pushed against the wall in a room the size of a service closet. We went back to the front desk and were told "******* reservations are never guaranteed" and that there were no other rooms available. We had to find another hotel at midnight after a hellish day of travel. The man at the desk offered no help and no apologies. And now, the cherry on top, the hotel has been holding hundreds of dollars for incidentals on my credit card since November 7th despite the fact that we didn't stay there. Hotel Zaza used to be great but this experience has been anything but great.

Staff was great. Overall the carpet in the rooms and hallways were quite dirty, dingy and stained throughout all public space and in room. Really needs to be upgraded. Also, a bit disappointed in quality of housekeeping. Dust on fixtures, desk counters, the in room bar service. Not too inviting to want to splurge for an in room wine glass with dust all over it. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain well at all which we have encountered in the past. We love this location and the hotel vibe. We have stayed at Zaza plenty of times but this time the wear and tear on the hotel was really apparent.

酒店位置很好,特别是对于要去博物馆的人来说。但是房间很脏。我们刚入住的时候,房间里居然留有清洁用品。我进了洗手间,发现马桶座圈上有一团头发。这家酒店虽然不错,但我认为有点名过其实了。
