Valet took over an hour; I was turned away from the buffet breakfast because of a lack of staff. Rooms and property are great; but service was otherwise disappointing- Reception and check in staff were very nice and understanding; but had little control over short staffing

We had a great stay. So glad we chose this hotel for its convenience to nationwide stadium for the Paul McCartney concert. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious!

Nice clean hotel that is within walking distance to the arena, and has a great friendly staff. Quiet rooms, nice lobby area and good nearby restaurants.

NOT a VIP Suite! Room didn’t have the size, bathrooms, and amenities advertised, Dark and outdated, power curtains didn’t work either. Room had TWO showers in same bathroom, not 2 bathrooms, just 1.5 baths. -Manager even came to room to see fro himself. One of the WORST hotel suites I’ve ever seen!!
