I have stayed here many times and have been pleased. Not so much this time. Hallway to my room needed vacuuming. Breakfast needed much improvement this time: cereal dispenser broken, milk machine out of service (1 quart bottle of milk available the had to be replaced often), two bananas left that were way past their prime.

I must say that the staff at the desk was as pleasant and efficient as usual. When I checked out, the man at the desk listened to my disappointment and took steps to make amends. A very nice and professional gesture. I will return to this inn in the future. It just may have been a bad day because it was a long holiday weekend.

Room was fine also.

This was a fantastic stay, except the hot tub broke the day we got there and they couldn’t get the part to fix it until the day we left. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. I was really disappointed. I also booked for the breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast but it wasn’t bad. The dinner was an added bonus. The first night we had pulled pork with slider buns, Mac n cheese, and nacho fixings. The second night meatballs w/gravy & mashed potatoes. Both nights were pretty good. Plus you got free soda and popcorn. At dinner time they had free cocktails also. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel seemed to be pretty clean. I felt like it was a safe area also. Overall I would give it 9/10 only because of the hot tub.
