Room was clean and comfortable.
Front desk staff was amazing! I was able to check in prior to my arrival.
Pool was clean with lots of towels available.
Breakfast was the same each day the evening had different variety and the staff kept the area was clean, stocked and staff was very helpful hotel was clean inside and out. Building required key card to get in to hotel unless you came in from main door. Some may not like this, it didn’t bother me as I was with my family and safety is always a priority..
Love staying at Drury when possible.

Location was good. The hotel didn’t live up to its 4 star ranking. It is 3 stars at best. Breakfast food was acceptable.

今天早上，我发现我们睡的203房间的床上有臭虫。我拍了照片，然后通知了前台，把有臭虫的枕头给了她。
昨晚为我们办理入住的雷耶斯先生人很好，也很乐于助人。他帮我们换了一间更近的房间。考虑到我的行动不便，这真是太贴心了。
很棒的住宿！感谢Rudy和Luz热情友好、乐于助人的服务！
它又旧又破。浴缸排水不畅，淋浴时浴缸里会充满水。
